Bill and his father Kenny grow their fabulous Pacifics in Smoky Bay, Eyre Penisula, South Australia. Cold but stable water temperatures and fed by oceanic currents these Pacifics get all the love and care to become fantastic oysters.
Pacific Oysters are primarily grown in Tasmania and South Australia, but also in more recent times in NSW. They are characterised by a fresh, clean and salty flavour.
All Signature Oysters are delivered live (unopened / unshucked).
