Flesh appearance: Lime green, chartreuse coloured flesh and a narrow mantle.
Aroma: Quite fishy like fillets from a freshly caught white fish.
Taste: Hints of grapefruit rind and watermelon skin. An almost floral taste like acacia or wattle. A short and sharp metallic finish followed by a zinc tang on the back pallet. Punch in the mouth flavour that evaporates quickly.
